Over twenty-five Olive St. parents, admin, PIQE staff, and special guests gathered Tuesday evening to celebrate their accomplishments. The celebration included three special speakers. Orquidea Cortes, a parent, opened the ceremony with the first message to the graduates. Mr. Juan Escalona, parent, followed with another great message for the graduates. PUSD's very own, Mr. Felipe Martinez, concluded the speeches with lots of great insights, what it takes to be a child's advocate, and reminding parents how much the school appreciates their continuous support in their child's education. The celebration closed with the presentation of certificates by Mrs. Torres.
Parents celebrated their achievement by enjoying a nice homemade meal, made by parents, and a sweet cake.
